How do you care about yourself?How do you love yourself? How do you give yourself time? How do you become kind to yourself? These are frequently asked questions by people who have often loved others more than they've loved themselves.


Self care is the act of preserving and improving one's physical and mental health. It's the act of expressing your love and kindness to yourself. There are many benefits of self care , just to name a few :

-Boosts your self esteem

-Can lead to better relationships

It's very important to realise that Self Care is a journey , it's not a quick fix , it's an ideal way of expressing yourself to yourself through a long period of time. This requires alot of sacrifice and strength , especially if you're not used to caring about yourself. This leads to independency , it rewards you with the ability to do things without seeking validation.
